Ingredients
• 2 eggs
• 1 handful of cherry tomatoes
• 1 handful parsley
• Himalayan salt
• 1 tsp coconut oil
Preparation
Heat the coconut oil in a saucepan on medium heat. Crack in 2 eggs and fry until cooked to your desired consistency.
Blend 1 handful of cherry tomatoes and 1 handful of parsley with a sprinkle of Himalayan salt. Serve the tomato sauce over your eggs.
