Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz can of chickpeas (garbanzo beans) partially drained

  • Garlic cloves to taste (4 raw works well)

  • Olive oil to desired consistency

Preparation

Purée partially drained chickpeas and garlic in food processor


Add olive oil, salt and pepper to taste
