10 mint leaves (fresh)
1 tablespoon honey or stevia
2 tablespoons lime juice (or a couple of lime wedges)
2 tablespoons classic silver Bacardi white rum
S. Pellegrino Sparkling Natural Mineral Water
-Lots crushed ice
Preparation
-Garnish: fresh mint sprig
Top Tip! Crush the mint leaves in a mortar + pestle to extract their essential oils and maximise the flavour :)
