The 3 KEY STAGES:
SEPTEMBER
Here we begin the UNLOCK PHASE. We work on anti-inflammation using detoxification techniques you've probably never tried before. I know there ones that work the best and can't wait to share with you. We also get you back on track on fitness. Once you are on your way I fully focus on teaching you how to let go of things that are getting in the way of your goals. We also re-frame the way we see goal setting. Biggest issue for many women is time restraint and so MINI, simple techniques that you can easily implement are used and we move forward creating momentum to finally reach your GOAL/S.

I TEACH YOU HOW TO THRIVE EVEN WHEN LIFE GETS IN THE WAY-

OCTOBER
We start the UNLEASH PROCESS. The detox finally over and you are well underway into fitness but! Oh no! The honeymoon period is over :(. You have food fatigue, you've hit a plateau and you don't want to play anymore! Not a problem, I have just the thing! You see..... I've been there, I have fizzled out many times. BUT I also know how to succeed! Learn how I use empowering coaching techniques and motivate you on a DAILY BASIS so you keep going (even when life gets in the way).

You get a chance to Visit the Studio and meet me and we get you going with a PLAN OF ACTION
You get x2 classes with me at the studio AND tons of online workouts to sprinkle in throughout the week

You are invited to my Virtual Running/ Walking Club
I jump in LIVE x3 times weekly, inside the private group for motivational sometimes informative and lots Q+A so you are fully supported and guided throughout.

I don’t have any equipment, what do I need?"Studio Online was created with home use in mind so my recommendations are: a pair of dumbbells, a mat, a band, cloths. You can always upgrade as you go along and you can most certainly also take advantage of the non equipment workouts.

Are the workouts for all abilities and ages?YES! I do go over various levels and offer alternatives where possible.
