Quick Fixes to Feel Better Instantly

Stay Tuned with Yourself with these:

1. Exercise - always exercise that's my number 1 go-to. The endorphins will clear the mind and make you energised and happy to tackle the next task at hand. I always go for brisk walk / run when I need to focus on a big project. If running or walking isn't an option, then walking up / down stairs is great one - also gets your thighs and bum strong :) x 5/10/15mins is great.

2. To breathe deeply and freely! BOX Breathing is great and I use it often when lying-in bed at night with racing thoughts, or perhaps have an important event or seminar. I also use it at home when it gets tough x

Breath in for 4 counts
Hold for 4 counts
Exhale for 4 counts

repeat as necessary - you may feel little dizzy at first x

3. Apple cider vinegar is not only great for GUT health and de-bloating but its super for the bath! Soaking for 15 minutes in a warm bath infused with two cups of apple cider vinegar will detoxify the body and mind.

4. GREAT FOOD CHOICES! The foods you eat can have a direct impact on your outlook and mood. Remember the GUT is connected to the BRAIN via the Vagus nerve! Including small portion of complex carbohydrates in your plate can lift your spirit and help you let go of feelings of anger, irritability, and depression.

5. Be a dreamer! Whilst this has been associated as being counterproductive and lazy, daydreaming or listening to soothing music for a while a day can help you see your circumstances from a new angle. Of course follow it with ACTION! Always action even the smallest action will keep you moving into new momentums x
