IMPORTANT - We will be drip feeding recipe ideas throughout the challenge. You have a start up shop list and some ideas to get started BUT the aim of the challenge is to EMPOWER YOU to make your own. SCROLL TO THE END TO SEE SHOP LISTS X
PREP BEFORE THE 17th!
-Ensure you have Weights / Band / Mat at home or can use at them at the gym (if you're coming to studio classes let us know in advance). There is a POST under the facebook group “OFFLINE CLASSES AT THE STUDIO” go and add your selected day / class name.
-You'll also need a Notebook and a pen. You will also find useful to use a Calendar Print Out (Monthly for April / May / June - this is optional).
-Pencil in the 26th as our Grand Finale and 29th Summer Transformation Party- I will confirm later on in the challenge.
