IMPORTANT - We will be drip feeding recipe ideas throughout the challenge. You have a start up shop list and some ideas to get started BUT the aim of the challenge is to EMPOWER YOU to make your own. SCROLL TO THE END TO SEE SHOP LISTS X

PREP BEFORE THE 8th!

-Ensure you have Weights / Band / Mat at home or can use at them at the gym (if you're coming to studio classes let us know in advance). Inside the facebook group or email us contact@nataliehill.com

-You'll also need a Notebook and a pen. You will also find useful to use a Calendar Print Out (Monthly for April / May / June - this is optional).

‌

-Pencil in the 26th June as our Grand Online Finale and 3rd July as our Summer Transformation Party- I will confirm later on in the challenge.

WEEKEND BEFORE THE 8TH

-Listen to the Prep Video / LIVE Talk Friday before -Shop! Plan your meals for at least 3 days in advance

-Make sure your training gear ready and dry

-Workouts all pre-planned-Mini Goals Established

RECORD YOUR BEFORE PICS / MEASUREMENTS / SCALE RECORDINGS AND WILL YOU SHARE INSIDE THE GROUP

SUPER IMPORTANT - Have convos with your partner / kids / furry babies / colleagues / anyone in your support network that this is very important to you, they will either need to support you or leave you to do your thing xxx
