Microbiome it's a whole ecological system inside the human body.

What is MICROBIOME? Microbiome or Gut flora, or gut microbiota is the complex community of micro-organisms that live in the digestive tracts.


It's SO sensitive!


It's sensitive to:

  • Stress

  • Exercise

  • Food that we eat

And we’re often VERY sensitive to it because we can experience permeability whereby the gut lining becomes permeable (get holes in it) and starts getting all the toxins caused by inflammatory foods, caffeine, sugar etc. to pass through into the bloodstream YUCK!


Ever heard of LEAKY GUT?

SO you can be eating the BEST high quality food and organic diet EVER but if you have gut permeability because of stress or non-detected gut sensitivities, you can get HUGE Inflammation and then can cause all sorts of conditions.


Now common irritants are…….

  • Alcohol

  • Sugar

  • Dairy|Gluten/wheat

ELIMINATION PLAN:

So if we follow an ELIMINATION diet and start taking out these from your diet - just maybe for a week or 2 MAX you’ll see a HUGE improvement soon, and you’ll EASILY see what foods were actually using the inflammation and potentially giving you a LEAKY GUT!!

Bone broth is a liquid containing brewed bones and connective tissues. To make bone broth, people use cow, chicken, and even fish bones. ... Simmering the bones in water with some vinegar helps release nutrients from the marrow within the bones, as well as break down other tissues into the water.


So stock is not the same, because of its cooking time, bone broth requires longer cooking time.


But if you’re up for some bone cooking (hahahaha) there are LOADS of links in google you can try AND! In the UK you can ping AMAZON and they’ll deliver the bones to your door! TRUE STORY PROMISE!


PESTICIDES! Research has found that when you get your apple from morrisons or other similar supermarket chains… you’re looking at a piece of fruit that has had UP TO 64 different pesticides sprayed on it!!!


Now that’s not even the worst part… You can’t even brush /clean/scrub it off because the pesticides have been sprayed into the very SOIL, so the fruit and food we are consuming have been grown in pesticide soil! There is SO MUCH research going into the TESTING of autoimmune diseases and food toxicity.

So… What's the answer?
