No one who values you expects you to be IN THE ZONE 24/7.

It is true WE KNOW WHAT WE MUST DO in health fitness and mindset - do we do it?



Maybe sometimes, and that’s totally OK.

  • Holidays

  • Phase of extreme stress

  • Event

  • Parties



The main reason people also ‘drop' their training, and healthy eating habits is because they feel it needs to be a HUGE effort daily. So naturally, when something gets in the way of your routine, you STOP.



Wellbeing and Fitness and Healthy don’t need to be FULL ON all the time.



Every day you ‘pick’ what you need.



I asked my members what do they ‘need’ for 2025? and they said different levels of workouts depending on what phase they're at.



  • Beginner level - starting from zero

  • Intermediate level – you’re on it doing nicely

  • Advanced level - Smashing it and in the zone



THIS IS LIFE



Whatever you do there will always be these 3 levels.



No one who values you expects you to be IN THE ZONE 24/7.



So why do you?



Why are you so hard on yourself and have such high expectations?



Because more often than not we are following other people's agendas!! Conditioned to believe that we must follow the rat race culture x



MAYBE JUST MAYBE TODAY……..

**Create Space for Joy**:



**Set Boundaries**:



**Practice Mindfulness**:



**Stay Active**:



All in MINI GOAL style!



By taking the time to analyse your daily activities and removing what no longer serves you, you can create a more fulfilling and joyful life.



What small changes can you make today that will lead to a more joyful and balanced life tomorrow?
