The shift from summer's ease to a hectic routine can feel overwhelming, but with some strategies, you can tackle this busy season confidently. Here are five tips to help you dive into September with less stress:

1. Set Clear Priorities


Identify your top tasks for the month. Make a priority list of school, work, and personal goals. Focus on what truly matters, and don’t hesitate to delegate or say no to non-essential tasks. Yes its hard to delegate, but life is different now and everyone needs to pull their own weight x

2.. Create a Structured Schedule


A solid schedule is your best ally. Use a planner or calendar to outline your days, including work, shopping, and personal time. Remember to block out breaks to recharge! Will you do it?

3. Embrace Self-Care


Prioritise your well-being. Set aside time for activities that rejuvenate you—exercise, quiet time, or quality time with loved ones. Self-care boosts your resilience against stress! Schedule it into your diary AND RID THE GUILT FOR DOING IT! Everyone else seems to do it, so why not you?
