TODAY I am giving you lots of golden nuggets that you can takeaway with you (and even implement as soon as you have finished listening to this live.


I’ve put my own “spin” on self doubt – why we have it and how to overcome it.


At the end of this talk you will walk away or (close your laptop / swipe your phone) haha with so much more clarity in what you can do to have more:

Ways we get stuck :

Now I’m using a fitness and health analogy for these as its what I do but you can apply it to anything:

  • Internal – these we put on ourselves

  • External – people around you

  • Environmental – where you live / work / hang out


Let's look at why we get stuck:

  • Internal – Perfection / Shame / Guilt / Fear of Failure

  • External – unsupportive people around us / the toxic friend or colleague / negativity is infectious

  • Environment – just have a look around you and where you hang out mostly. Also if you’re trying to be healthy and you visit the supermarkets – you will notice the sweets / chocs / sweets etc strategically placed by the tills etc.

  • McDonalds / Burger King / Hungry Monkey

  • TV adverts


5 TIPS HOW TO GET UNSTUCK AND FIND MORE SELF WORTH TO GET YOU WHERE YOU WANT TO BE!



1. Stop Perfection Paralysis / Shame / Guilt / Fear

Make a list of things that give you joy and those which don’t – start fine tuning that


2. Establish Healthy Boundaries and start using the power of saying NO

Examples 'I don’t think I can make that time thank you, but if anything opens up I will let you know. '
or simply “no thanks” people at the beginning will be taken aback with “the new you” but with time people will start to respect your boundaries


3. Drop the toxic friend / colleague – remember you are an average of the 5 people you hang around with


4. Check out the sabotage triggers throughout your day – if your weaknesses are grabbing XYZ from the petrol station or shop on the way home then take a different route, if you want to reach your healthy meal goals and every lunchtime at the office theyre ordering pizza then why not make your own healthy meals ?


5. The most important tip of all is PREP + ORGANISE like a military mission! At the beginning it will be intense BUT eventually you’ll end up filtering new habits into your lifestyle just lie with everything else. This will ensure SELF CARE this will ensure SELF BELIEF again and more importantly SELF WORTH x


And this all more than anything EMPOWERS YOU to believe again, that things open up for you, that you have choices again.


You are WORTHY of just being YOU!
