I've been around in the fitness and wellness space since 2005 and have produced TONS of wellness and nutritional programmes. I have also taught hundreds and hundreds of in-person classes and helped hundreds of women since then. I always wanted a space where I could reach the wider audience and help more people in their health and fitness goals in the most CONVENIENT way possible for women of all walks of life x

AND THAT'S HOW YOUR HEALTH HUB MEMBERSHIP WAS BORN A FEW YEARS BACK!

I joined this group around 6 weeks ago and have lost 5 kilos but the most important thing for me has been the cms I have lost from my stomach. After my second c-section 9 months ago, I felt very low mentally about my stomach and the lockdown snacking and stress with the children didn’t help!

 

Although I have more relaxed eating days and I snack occasionally...

I feel much more energised

and I am looking more carefully at what exactly is on my plate!

 

This wonderful group of ladies and especially Natalie, also really help to keep you motivated throughout the week!

    Upon purchase you will receive your welcome email on what to do next, watch out! Check spam / junk folders too!
  • I don’t have any equipment, what do I need?"
    Studio Online was created with home use in mind so my recommendations are: a pair of dumbbells, a mat, a band, cloths. You can always upgrade as you go along and you can most certainly also take advantage of the non equipment workouts.
  • Are the workouts for all abilities and ages?
    YES! I do go over various levels and offer alternatives where possible.
  • Where do I begin? What exercises are good for me?
    As soon as you sign up I am there with a welcome video explaining everything you need to know! x
