I have been in the fitness space for nearly two decades. Before offering online workouts, I taught hundreds and hundreds of in-person fitness classes and helped hundreds of women get fit and live a better life. I eventually realized that I could reach a much broader audience and help many more people in their health and fitness goals by going online.

 

AND THAT'S HOW STUDIO ONLINE WAS BORN!

My goal was to give as many women as possible access to something REAL and AUTHENTIC so in all of the online fitness classes I teach, I do engage with the audience LOTS and cheer for you to keep going!

Studio Online is your online exercise hub! If health and fitness are at the top of your priority list, there is no reason to stop your training! Not now, not NEVER! My mission with Studio Online is to make fitness affordable and easily accessible to women wherever they are, whichever phase of their lives they are in, and no matter their physical condition.

 

Our lives are becoming increasingly more hectic. We are too often over-committed and therefore stretched for time. I don't want that reality to get in the way of your journey to healthy and happy.

I only joined the group by chance. I have never exercised much and noticed that I was finding it more difficult to lose weight as I got older which was upsetting me. It was just after lockdown when I realised that I wasn't going to get anywhere just walking 5 minutes to work to sit down at a desk all day and then get home to prepare meals and snack in between.

 

That's when I contacted Natalie.

 

I was surprised how quickly I adapted to the healthy eating lifestyle and got used to mentally preparing myself to exercise daily. Natalie's daily chats helped me understand that I had to make the effort to fit in a 30-minute fitness class daily.

I am thoroughly enjoying experimenting with new foods and feeling so much better and less tired. To top it all I have lost 3 kilos in these weeks and look leaner all over.

This is now my new way of life. I couldn't have done it without Natalie's motivation and encouragement. Her enthusiasm during the classes comes through the screen as if I was really there.

I have taken longer than last time because I haven't been that strict with food. I have been strict from Monday to Friday and weekends I have been relaxed. I feel with this lockdown my mindset was more important.

I don’t have any equipment, what do I need?


Studio Online was created with home use in mind so my recommendations are: a pair of dumbbells, a mat, a band, cloths. You can always upgrade as you go along and you can most certainly also take advantage of the non equipment workouts.




Are the workouts for all abilities and ages?


YES! I do go over various levels and offer alternatives where possible.




Where do I begin? What exercises are good for me?
