What are the workouts like?
Workouts will be a mix of;
- Pilates (for core strength and improvement of posture and balance)
- Body Weight Strength Interval Training (overall fitness and fat loss)
- WalkFIT (gentle aerobics with very easy to follow moves for fitness and heart and lung health)
ALL EASY TO FOLLOW AND AIMED AT BEGINNER LEVEL X

More options for the stronger participants will also be included.
You don’t need ANYTHING to get started, just a mat and a strong wifi connection THAT'S IT!
