BANANA PANCAKES

Ingredients

1 banana
1 egg
30g gluten-free oats

1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp coconut oil

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Heat coconut oil in a frying pan. Half the ingredients and make into balls. Press down the balls into the pan. Cook for a couple of minutes each side.
