ADDING WELLBEING TO YOUR DAY - Burden or Relief?

Many women are still continuously caught in a cycle of business overload and societal expectations.


Balancing careers, family, and personal goals often leading to chronic overwhelm, making it difficult to prioritise wellness, fitness, and nutrition!


Does this pressure turn well-being into an added burden rather than relief for you?


As a women’s health + fitness coach, when women reach out to me, they are ALREADY in a state of OVERWHELM! Almost at the brink of burn out.


So the first thing I do is prioritise is a BRAIN DUMP! All thoughts on paper OUT of the head.


It is very difficult to work from a place where you are STUCK.


Does this resonate with you? Your biggest desire is to get fitter, healthier, happier and include more joy in your day to day BUT you get overwhelmed on how to start?


In order to bring more freedom, joy and peace in your day to day YOU MUST FIRST REMOVE THE THINGS THAT NO LONGER SERVE YOU.


There is zero point in PILING MORE STUFF to your day to day if you are already overloaded.


You may want to get leaner, have more energy or be stronger but just the thought of all the things you must do, just stops you dead in your tracks?

Root Causes of why we don’t often pursue the things we should be doing to get closer to health and happiness:


Cultural Conditioning: The expectation to excel in every aspect of life often sacrifices health and happiness!


People-Pleasing Mentality: Inability to say no and overcommitting blurs personal boundaries.


High Expectations: Saturated environments with demands from work and family commitments makes wellbeing almost impossible


As a mindset coach, guiding women in recognising their own stress factors is essential.


I work on how to help open up your day to remove things that no longer serve you, so you have the physical and mindset SPACE to pursue the things you yearn for x


I KNOW THAT MIDLIFE ESPECIALLY WE CAN CONTINOUSLY BE SCRAPING AT THE BOTTOM THE BARREL - whats worse? We make this our norm, our current reality thinking this is it, forever?


Let me ask…..


What drains your energy rather than replenishes it?


How often do you sacrifice your needs for others?


AND OF COURSE……..we are mothers, daughters, helpers, service providers with a heart and soul so we are ALREADY present for others needs.


BUT what about your own needs?


Do you purposely set time aside for YOU on a daily basis?


Do you wish for a more peaceful day to day?


Cultivating a more serene environment requires work. It requires ACTION


More action Natalie?????


Yes! Everything worth fighting for requires ACTION!


The journey toward health, fitness and wellness involves more than just working with exercise prescriptions, meal plans and meditation and other wellbeing strategies…….


It means disrupting the process, dissecting your to do list, removal of items and creating boundaries, it means getting uncomfortable - because life changing stuff IS UNCOMFORTABLE!


But I’d rather face a little uncomfortableness than the feelings of:

-Frustration

-Emptiness

-Discontent

-Longing

-Despair

-Incompletion

-Not worthy

-Lost


With the proper guidance and support you can implement one small change, a small shift in energy and mindset to keep you going. Day by day until all of a sudden theres a new found perspective and mindset that was never there before.


A new confident, lighter and full of purpose YOU!
