SELF SABOTAGE: The Workout / Pig Out Cycle!

You exercise galore so you can eat more?

If you are caught up in this trap, then this may help you today.

Lots of people tell me I'm going full out with workouts this week Nat, because I want to be able to eat what I want.

I remember those days when this in fact was actually TRUE! I ate what I wanted when I wanted and still kept the weight down. But, I was in my 20s then. I had a fast metabolism, played all the sports, was also a dancer and also partied hard!

Fast forward 20 years and I'm a middle-aged woman with menopause and autoimmune disease which has stopped me dead in my tracks!! Yikes! So after lots of digging DEEP, I had to reinvent myself and I now have a GREAT SOLUTION :)

The truth is, genetics, hormones and lifestyle play a HUGE part in how the WORKOUT / PIG OUT cycle will affect you.

In reality for most of us (especially mid-30s and over) pigging out after workouts is SELF SABOTAGE at its best.

If you use EXERCISE as your main tool towards fat loss, weight loss, health and detoxification then the yummy takeaway or ice cream is not an EARNED TREAT but more of a PUNISHMENT!

But it's summertime and holiday time Natalie!

YES, I know and from a psychological standpoint, it's great to have some downtime and enjoy your favs. And so cutting back slightly will really help you stay on board and keep ticking x

EXERCISE ALONE will not cut it. As the saying goes "you can't out-train a bad diet" In my upcoming course I will show you how to work through other protocols like:

This summer? Keep processed foods and sugar to a minimum and ONLY as an occasional treat. Keep drinking your water and chomping on greens!

Chomping on the mint leaves of your mojito doesn't count haha!!!
