Finally! A New Project I’ve been meaning to create and flush out and it’s finally here! PHEW! I feel a weight has been lifted off my shoulders!
The MAIN grey area and frustration I have seen women really, really struggle with.
NOT the Training
NOT the Nutrition
Certainly NOT lack of DOING.
It's the day-to-day consistency and commitment to themselves.
I need to say something I think a lot of women are feeling… but not saying out loud.
You’re not lazy.
You’re not unmotivated.
And you’re definitely not “failing”.
So why the HECK am I not where I want to be?
But - if you’re honest…
You feel stuck in a cycle.
Start Monday.
Fall off by Wednesday.
Start again next week.
Try the plan.
Try fasting.
Try the cardio.
Try eating less.
Try being “good”.
