Happy 1st June ☀️


It’s the 1st of June and, as you can feel, the heat is on!


I’m sure you’re adapting your routine where needed. Switch your training times, use air-conditioned facilities if possible, get your walks done first thing in the morning or later in the evening, and don’t forget to increase your hydration and keep as cool as you can.


June represents uninterrupted territory.


We’ve got four weeks with very few excuses and very little disruption. Four weeks where you can really push forward towards your goals before holidays, social events, and summer plans start taking over.
