WOW WHAT A WILD 6 MONTHS!

WOW! What a 6 months we’ve had so far! Once we got through the rough, wet and windy start to the year, we managed to push through our Wild Woman Event and had our biggest intake for the Upgrade Life Academy to date — and definitely our strongest year so far, with women now making strength training a regular part of their timetable.

Classes filled to the brim once again, with returners and new Wild Women joining us.

With 25 people signing up to a year-long programme, this just blows my mind — how committed people are, not only to uplevelling their health and fitness, but upgrading their lives.

People crave community, belonging, feeling great, healthy and strong — and people know just how vital it is to have a programme like Upgrade Life Academy (ULA) alongside them to make this a reality.
