As winter creeps in, it's time to get real about looking after yourself and smashing those projects and goals. The chillier weather can sometimes zap our energy and motivation, but! With some winter wellness tricks up your sleeve, you'll stay on top of your game.

a) Snooze like a Boss: Longer nights mean more time for quality shut-eye. Aim for a solid 7-8 hours of sleep to revive your body and mind, boosting focus and productivity during the day - I know so many people who sleep 3-4 hours a night just to focus on their business / jobs / life and end up BURNT OUT.

b) Fuel with Fab Foods: Embrace seasonal goodness to keep your body happy. Load up on fruits, veggies, whole grains, and lean proteins. Warm yourself up with hearty soups, stews, and herbal teas that not only nourish but also bring you cosy comfort.


c) Stay Active!: Regular exercise is key to keeping your energy levels high and stress in check. Try indoor workouts like yoga, Pilates, or home workouts to get those endorphins flowing, boosting your mood and motivation. I know you know - but are you actioning this daily?

2. Mastering the Mind:

a) Set Goals Like a Boss: Set clear, achievable goals for your winter projects. Break them down into bite-sized tasks to stay focused and track progress. Celebrate each milestone to keep your motivation and confidence soaring. We go BIG on this in my groups x

b) Zen and more Zen!: Cultivate mindfulness to declutter your mind and boost mental clarity. Take time for meditation or deep breathing exercises to reduce stress and sharpen your concentration. Stay present and slay those projects and goals. I know this is where most of us FAIL. SO prioritise it x Add it to your diary as any other task in your to-do list x

c) Visualise Your Victory!: Picture yourself crushing your projects and nailing your goals. Create a vision board or jot down affirmations that remind you of your badass abilities. When you visualise success, you'll empower yourself to overcome any obstacles in your path.
