Hunger and Cravings are Signals NOT Enemies

Right now you’re trying to lose weight and build muscle but you’re constantly hungry.


You are finding it really hard to shift those last kgs and build muscle at the same time without starving yourself.


Here’s what you’re doing :

-You are cleaning up that nutrition and doing intermittent fasts but caving in on the 4th or 5th day
