The AWAKN Project is out!

It's amazing how a week off (few days knocked out ill too) can be the EXACT thing that you need.


When you peel yourself away from the daily grind, the BRAIN BREATHES! I am more motivated than ever before I have a clear VISION and a bigger MISSION!


I have been teasing you with my 2025 project, have you seen it?


NO MORE TEASING!


The AWAKN Project is out!


I really was caught up in a little rut this year. I needed to step back a little and focus on holidays, daughters' activities and dance / sport projects and of course my big 50 party! A close friend's beautiful wedding and let's not forget Blackpool back in March where I got to present on an international stage, plus retreats and events throughout the year.


Members and Challengers have enjoyed the 12-week transformations so far BUT ITS TIME TO STEP THINGS UP


A week off and I have the DRIVE and PASSION to pursue a NEW PROJECT


Exciting times because I am incorporating so much into it - IT'S GOING TO BE JUST THE BOMB XXXX


When I go in - I go ALL IN - I’m not very good at doing things in halves or tip-toeing around my goals and aspirations.


Why am I sharing this with you today?


Because I know you can do DIFFERENT - you see I didn’t say ‘MORE’ I said different. Because with me we remove the things that no longer serve you to make way for the things that do x


2025 Is close by, December you can pretty much rule it out as it's MAYHEM!


But November - 4 strong uninterrupted weeks, give your 2025 a sneak peek


What would you want to accomplish in the new year?


STOP SAYING THE SAME RESOLUTIONS GANG!!


Let's DO THEM! and….. STICK TO THEM Longterm xxx


I don’t do quick fixes

I don’t do crash courses

I don’t do diets

I don’t do crazy workouts

and I certainly don’t do shakes, pills, injections……..!


WE DO DAILY HEALTHY HABITS

ACCOUNTABILITY

ACTION
